We are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday, Nov 6! Please note the change in time for the Intuitive Sunday class. We will be meeting from 10:30 to 12:30 in order to have time for yoga!
Therese Ducharme will be teaching "energy yoga" from 9:30 to 10:30 am... Don't worry, everyone can do it. Come and learn some simple techniques to circulate your energy. You will feel invigorated! And it will prepare you for Marcy's class! The first class is FREE, after that the cost is $10 per class.
